All orders will be processed the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase. All furniture items must be placed by 15:00pm to qualify for next day delivery, any orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48hrs, excluding furniture installations and made to order items.
All deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
All deliveries must be signed for and any visible parcel damage or parcel shortages reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note. If no-one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to re-attempt the delivery on another day.
Please note, furniture deliveries will have a pre-arranged delivery day, should this delivery fail due no-one being available, re-attempts may be at the courier's discretion. From time to time they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.
Next day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes and delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not a guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72hrs to these locations. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Furniture Standard Delivery is 5-7 Working Days.
As standard, furniture items will be delivered free of charge at the kerb-side, delivering to a room of choice is at the couriers discretion due to insurance purposes for manual lifting. If you do have any specific delivery requirements for your furniture, please contact customer services at the point of order and we will aim to accommodate where possible. Dependant on type and quantities of items, this may incur a separate charge
We also offer a full furniture installation on a day of choice for a small additional cost, all packaging will be removed and your furniture items built where required. Our drivers will call ahead of the install day to ensure it's convenient to enter your premises at the agreed time. For more information on this service, please contact us.
Pallet deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. You must notify customer services of any access restrictions at the time of order. Failure may result in additional charges incurred for failed delivery due to access restrictions.
If where you live is affected by severe weather, you may experience delays to deliveries and collections. If there's a problem we'll let you know by posting news of impacted postcodes here.
Our delivery drivers always work hard to get your order to you on time. If we're unable to deliver your parcel we'll call ahead to let you know and rearrange another collection or delivery time. If you haven't received a call from us you can be sure that your order is on its way!
From time to time, we get things wrong! Any incorrect, shortage or additional items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time. All picking errors, short deliveries and additional item deliveries will be rectified immediately at no additional cost. Any incorrect items or additional items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.
Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collect and replace at no additional cost.
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.
